- All animals must be vaccinated against distemper, parvo and rabies. .
- All vaccines must be completed at least 48 hours prior to any appointment.
- We will require a written exemption provided by a licensed veterinarian
- Written documentation of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian.
- A rabies certificate signed by a veterinarian
- No. Vaccine titers cannot be accepted in place of a vaccination.
- We are closed for all major holidays. These include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas
- Living in Iowa, inclement weather is inevitable. If the school in your area is closed due to weather, we will not be able to provide services that day.
- Inclement weather could be snow, ice, wind, temperature related etc.
- If the roadways are partially covered, we will do our best to keep to our daily schedule but please be aware that there will be a delay due to travel times. If for some reason we will be more than 15 minutes late, you will be contacted by the groomer about the delay.
- If your appointment is cancelled due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your pet grooming.
- If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please notify your groomer within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you are not able to cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be assessed.
- The cancellation fee is $50.00.
